I am currently working on new UI, developing one the Dashboards. I didn't find any Action Buttons for uploading data or to run a Process while creating Board for my already existing Dashboard in older UI.
I have the same problem actually.
On our internal workspace that "Data" Card is not available while it is on my customer's workspace.
