What does the little drop down menu icon in Actions do ?

Currently it says no actions available  atleast for me . Wondering if anyone has any 'Action items' showing up there ?

    Thanks for pointing this out! I noticed this too and believe it must be to do with a future development.

    Maybe someone from the product team will be able to answer?
