Can some one help me identify what am doing wrong here

My formula for  Override Amount looks right  and aligns with description but am confused on the highlighted piece. Please see my formula and description below.

 

Override Amount – Write? : 'Submit Purchase Order - Write?' AND 'INV01 Inventory Ordering'.Submit Purchase Order Request AND 'INV01 Inventory Ordering'.Override Suggested Order Amount

    ( 'INV01 Inventory Ordering'.Submit Purchase Order Request )this is the correct formula. You have to match Submit Purchase Order with Submit Purchase Order Request as we can only match 1 boolean to another.
