1) How do you delete either of the modules in the orange box?
2) Why 'EMP02 Employee Expenses - Result' is not appearing in modules tab (pink box)?

open the module>> Click View >> Manage Views.
Under Manage Views pop-up select the View and Press Delete.
This will help you to delete the selected saved view.

"EMP02 Employee Expenses - Result" is a saved view of the module "EMP02 Employee Expenses" thats why it will not be visible in the modules tab.
