How do we get a split view as below?

When you are at design mode or editing mode then you have to move manually the view.
Click on View then hold and move the view.
Below are some others options where you can adjust your view.
Once you will synchronized the view with page selector then automatically you will see only relevant data.
Right click on the view then you can see below option where you can adjust the column setting of lists and line items.
