I'm not quite sure on how to change the summary for "headcount".

You can achieve this in the module blueprint, there is a column called "Summary".

@cmaurice is correct. You just need to go into blueprint mode and make the necessary configurations.
Still having the same issue, pictures attached and it continues through the whole module.
Hang in there. It's a simple solution, we just need to find it.
The error is saying it can't find the line item in DAT01. Take a look at the spelling of the line items and the dimensions being used. Also, make sure the DAT01 module is spelled correctly too. Should look similar to this:

The error "Not Recognised as a Line item or List member" means, There is a spelling mistake either in your module name or Line item name or (Module or Line item is not exists).
Instead of copy-past, Try to select the line item by double-clicking the formula.
