Kindly suggest how to restrict the view access in the dashboard of unauthorised one.

Hopefully you have created a hierarchy with the countries as a parent and the fruits as the child lists
Enable selective access in the General Lists page for the Country List
Then go over to the User page and against each user, allot the appropriate country access to each user
