Import Error - Source Model Archived

Hi team,

 

I'm receiving a 'Source Model Archived' error when creating an Import from another model. This source model is not archived as I can access it and I have checked whether it is archived, it is not

 

Any idea why this error would be presenting?

    Hi @MarkTurkenburg 

     

    Could you check the import source of your action for confirmation of your source model whether have you created import action from same model or different model of same name (which is archived?)

    Action-->import--> Source label.

    Yes you may want to as mentioned above check the mapping of the action under "source label" and if needed to repoint the model go to "source model" under settings and edit the mapping.  Have you also checked (assuming there are jobs running) the model/WS IDs against the model you are referencing?
