Allow Format & Style Selection While Adding Line Items

As a user, it would be nice to have the ability to choose the format, style and add notes while adding a line item.  I imagine format and style are the most adjusted settings for a line item and notes are at the very far right of the blueprint screen which adds time and decreases likelihood of builder adding them.  I will know this is successful when I am able to select the format, style and add notes when adding line items in the initial dialogue box that pops up.  In addition to saving time and increasing likelihood of builder adding notes, I think this would also decrease the likelihood of model toasts.  Often when line items are created, a user forgets to change the format before adding a formula which causes a toast.
