Can we have an option to have "Formula" in the General Lists --> 'Subsets' section. It would be easy to control Subsets using formulae.

Modelers should have the option to either create a Subset by action or by formula. There can be a setting to choose this while creating a Subset
Another vote for this functionality, being able to manage a subset with a formula would be incredibly useful.

How I got a subtotal to subtract one of its children β and still roll up correctly to the total β without touching the parent.
