i am planning to go for Lvl 1 certification with New UX, how long the certification be valid and do i need to go for re-certification process?

I just got the L1 NUX certificate and unlike the L1/L2 it didn’t have an expiration date. you should certainly email academy@anaplan.com to confirm

I couldn't find any formula to do this, but I want a way to put on the page/grid the connection details. This is so I know what connection I'm in rather than going into Connections details to see it. Is there an XL3 formula to return this value?
