Data export from dashboard

Hi,

One user reported issue that one column( line item) displayed in dashboard is not coming when she tried to export. Data>export.

I am not able to replicate the issue. Any hint?

HI @NishaS ,

Might happen if the column (LI) in question is a summary item and when exporting the user-specified that summary items should be excluded.

See below:

Summary = Variable 1 + Variable 2

Export:

At least sounds something like this from your description.

Hi,

What format is the Line Item that the user is trying to export? Are other Line Items in the Grid/Dashboard being exported correctly? Do you have any screenshots of this issue?
