As I've been going through Level 2, I have come upon an issue with importing the Historic and Volumes file into the DAT03 Historic Volumes Module. This is the error I have been getting, any help would be great, thanks in advance!

Does anyone have experience with this error? I'm trying to load into a module and this message comes up as soon as I select a file. This happens even when trying to load a file we used last quarter which had no issues.
