I created the line item in SYS00 & 01 as mentioned in the requirement below. I am confused with the requirement mentioning not showing HY value until all weeks are checked. Please help.

Here you need to understand the particular sentence "USER Selects a month".
You need to understand whether formula is needed or not.
Also this statement clearly states when a user inputs in month dimension module then it should reflect in week dimension module.
