Prevent Anaplan from running two processes simultaneously

Hello,

 

Would it be possible to have an action or a property that allow to put in waiting list the effective start of a process if said process is currently running ?

In this case, would it be possible to display in Dashboard of Classic and New UX which user/launch_date are currently on the waiting list ?

​

The idea is to prevent 2 users from launching the same process (as described in the following case :  Block any other transactions being processed between actions in a Process)
