I am unable to import data to non employee expense module .Not getting option to map manually.

You are trying to import in the design view. Please toggle to data view and try.

By looking at your screenshot, it looks like you have created "OTH01 Non Employee Expenses" module but you tried to import in some of the list. Please try to import the value into the module.
