Exporting an Anaplan Model

Hi there,

 

I would like to download or export an entire model so that I have a backup stored locally and to reduce storage space. How is this managed through Anaplan? I can see there are some options through Model Management however I don't see any option to Export?

Hi Liam @CommunityMember122273,

 

in the model management please use "Copy & Archive" button, I usually add the date of the backup.

If the model is archived, it does not take up space of your workspace. 

You will be always able (if there is enough space) to unarchive your backup model.

Thanks @filip.sypniewski. So archiving the model through Anaplan will result in a backup of the model stored in the cloud but as it also frees up cloud storage space in Workspace it negates the need to have backups stored locally.
