As an Anaplan user, I'd like to be able to log into Anaplan with the Excel Add-in using SSO. My IT team requires MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) when using SSO.
We do not officially support MFA at this point. However, we have a few customers who have now reported that they were able to use the Excel Add-in 4.1 with MFA so you might want to try it out
@MagaliP Is there a link to install an older version of the Excel Add-in (4.1) ? So we implemented SSO and observed that the Excel Add-in 4.1 works just fine, but higher versions do not. Would you know what the problem would be ?

The Integration Admin role needs to be assigned differently to a user than other roles. It would be great to harmonize these settings as I did not find it myself. Maybe other roles are affected as well Administration → User → Roles vs Access Control → Assignments
