Refresh button and Pivot button Disabled

Hi All,

I had installed the upgrade version 4.0. Now when I login, the Refresh button and Pivot button is disabled. Kindly help in getting this resolved.

Hit the Workbook Conversion button, and it will convert the workbook and enable Refresh and Pivot & Filter
