Ability to test the Docusign Integration without sending out an Envelope

DocuSign currently charges a rate for sending out envelopes, and clients would save money if we allowed them to test the integration without having them send out an envelope. If you are working on a large document, you may be testing a number of envelopes to test. This can cost the client quite a bit just to do testing. My client had 100 envelopes to test/configure so far, which really adds up, considering you are just testing and not actually sending the complete document.
