Level 1 Exam certification

Hi ..I have just completed the Level 1 Certification exam with 100% ..however it is not updated as such My Learning and I cant download/print my certificate . I have a screenshot showing i passed the exam . Who should I contact for assistance please ?

Hi @pboghani ,

 

Pls. check whether all the check boxes are ticked in the L1 training, if yes you should be able to download the certificate.

Else raise a ticket to support@Anaplan.com , they will help you.
