I set the "General Week" as Time Setting.
I have no idea to do it.

Any particular reason for using General weeks? Not sure how to get it there as we can't retrieve a month, but with the 445 week calendar you can do it like this, maybe helps you out:

This is the type of stuff I was mentioning yesterday on the other post that setting your timescale to something other than General 13 weeks would save you a lot of time and headaches.
