Hi, we have requirement in our anaplan model that we need to send an notifications before due date to multiple users which belongs to different business segments .

that would be indeed a nice functionality to have, unfortunately is not quite ready. Please, feel free to back-up these ideas in Idea Exchange if you think they would solve your requirement:
Also, please have a look at Anaplan's workflows. This functionality allows notifying users via email and perhaps could solve your needs.
