Dates reference in SYS08 not working properly

'SYS08 Employee Details'.Start Date - reference to pull the date into EMP02 Employee Expenses.Start Date pulls zeros..

SYS08 Employee Details . Start Date has valid dates in it

Not sure what the issue is..Pls help

Sounds strange Could you please post the snips of both the modules. Please paste the blue print views as well.

Just ignore this.. The dates are getting populated automatically...
Another problem has cropped up.. Bonus, Car Costs, Phone costs, Medical costs are showing as zeroes....
