Hey,You should check the name "DAT03 Historic Volumes" and the view name. If that is right just try deleting the action from the action table else doing it manually using the import button.
This should help you debug the issue.
If nothing works try switching Old user experience, remake the module and then try again.
did you connected a source model prior to this activity, if yes it might be due to it
