Hello, I am trying to work with Plan IQ but I keep having this error, that makes no sense to me since I have carefully followed the instructions on how to construct and map the Plan IQ modules. Can some help me identify the problem?
Here are the screenshots of the mapping of the forecast results module and the set up
Thank you so much
Hi,
Do you have item in Forecast Actions list with same name as you have created forecast action in PlanIq? That is probably one of the most confusing things to understand from PlanIq documentation that you need to have in Forecast Actions list item with same name as your Forecast Action in PlanIq setup.
Hi @pyrypeura, Thank you in advance for your assistance, indeed I did not understant I should have done that. I've now tried to add the forecast actions to the forecast action list but the action failed once again. Do you have any idea on what can be causing this?
