Error on Copying Model

Hello Community,

I had to create a PROD model from existing Dev and UAT models. I created a model using a Revision Tag, and everything worked just fine. However, if I tried copying the model directly, I got an error that I did not understand. It creates a copy, but the copy does not open. Could you help me understand why Anaplan is throwing this error and what that means?

That definitely sounds odd, if I were you, I would enter a ticket through support as they will be able to trace what the exact issue was.
