I need batch script for History logs, where i need to validate which user's logged in the model for how many times(Date/Timestamps) and what actions he/she performed in the system.

This is not possible out of the box. Anaplan does have an internal model which tracks user info but you will need to get it enabled for your workspace and also get access to the model. Talk to your Anaplan business partner for more info.
Once you get access, you can create batch scripts to export out the information you need
Alternatively, you could export out the model history and write code to parse the user details...
