Are there any changes/items in model that cannot be restored from Model History Logs?

The only thing I can think of is data relating to users that are no longer in the workspace

You can not retrieve the Production data.

I checked the restoration of Production data. The list items and module data for those list items are getting restored.

Production data as in Input data that end users input from planning perspective. There is a way to get that back too - but with careful series of steps.

I agree with you. Production Inputs can be restored.

I wanted to know that are there any changes that cannot be brought back using "Restore to ID" in History
