Anaplan password for external users

We use SSO for Anaplan sign-on.

 

Now I have to set up some external users so I did not tick SSO for their access. When they log on, they can use their own email but what should the password be?

It will be the password they use on other models or they can reset it themselves.

So if they have never used Anaplan before, do they just need to click on Reset password the first time?
