Allow Workspace Admins to use NUX dashboards when a model is offline
It would be helpful for testing purposes if workspace admins could still use the NUX dashboards when a model is offline.

Recently faced this issue while one of our go live was unable to test the production model features with the app while model is offline.

Faced the same issue. Would be real helpful to be able to access NUX with offline models.
