In Clouworks you can set schedule to be run on a fixed date or then for example first monday of the month but unfortunately we don't have option “first working day". I would assume that partly this is because first working day can be different dependant on country.
If you need to get schedule to be run on your first working day of the month your option would be manually updating fixed date in Cloudworks for next month after current month has been run (Maybe set up a calendar reminder to 10th of every month or something like that to remember to do that). Other option would be creating a script that would update fixed date utilising Cloudworks API. Logic for this script could be example to be run everyday to set fixed date to be next first working day of the month.
