Hello @SwapnaB, What do you mean multiple columns, multiple Line items? If so, you dont need the entire statement. * If you want it to be TRUE when all of them are blank: ISBLANK(A) AND ISBLANK(B) AND ISBLANK(C ) * Id you want it to be TRUE when one of them is blank: ISBLANK(A) OR ISBLANK(B) OR ISBLANK(C ) where A, B, and C are the line item names. Hope that makes sense!

Id you want it to be TRUE when one of them is blank: ISBLANK(A) OR ISBLANK(B) OR ISBLANK(C )

where A, B, and C are the line item names.
