Hi! I am leveraging Erlang C for a staffing model. As I use Erlang C the service level that Anaplan is calculating is producing inconsistent results. Has anyone had this similar problem?

Yep. Erlang B is available too. Keep in mind it's a straight up function. Most call centers have a lot of nuances so you'll have to be creative when using it for scheduling.
