@GAPER, A2 list is currently showing the parent, i.e. the A1 Accounts List, that's why it is in bold. You need to load the A2 Account>Product keeping A1 Accounts as parent.
You are at right path. If you will click on Configure here You'll see Parent is set up as A1 Accounts. So, basically you are seeing the parent nodes in this list. Now, you'll have to import child nodes here. Mappings will be Name= blank | Parent = Account | Code= Account_Product code | Display name= Name from product flat list.
Display name property is used to populate name of numbered list. This should be numbered list, you can verify this in Configure tab.

Create Display Name property in your list. Keep this as Text formatted and map it to the Product Name column right before parent column. Select the diplay name in Display Name column for A2 list available in General lists.
