Automate workflow start based on line item trigger

As a process owner, i need to be able to set up workflow template that can be started automatically based on a trigger event with when a line item is set to true lr false.

The trigger would allow to start the workflow with a machine task allowing to run cloudworks processes, send notifications and / or assign tasks to users

This is required as we dont / wont have time to manage manually the start lf multiple workflow occurences.

This is similar to cases where automations are needed to replace manually changing and deploying 10th of models fiscal year when new fiscal year is around.
