Conditional Formatting on User Access (Roles -> Modules)

The current interface for setting role access to module is difficult to read visually - if a model has many modules it can be difficult to spot if read and write access for roles has or hasn't been set up, or varies between modules/roles:

Would it be possible to add default conditional formatting to the system that triggers when read or write is selected so a model builder can clearly and quickly see access assigned? An example in excel is below, the builder can easily spot the third module has not been set up:
