Can someone advise on below

I received an email to rotate my SSO certificate for Anaplan

I don't have an option to rotate my SSO certificate

compared to help file

Does this mean it has already been rotated?

Seems to be not needed, but for more clarification, you can reach out to Anaplan Support.

Is there anything further that needs to be required?

Hey @ravinderQuilter - can you reach out to your internal Admin Team? They might be able to help you on this.

As far as I know, when the SSO expiration date is due your Anaplan Tenant Admin must be receiving the reminder mails from Anaplan to get it reissued.

If it is not solved by Internal admin then we can reach out to Anaplan Support on this.
