What are the common and Major/complex issues that we face while implementing FP&A projects

Could someone please help me with one of the question that I have. I worked on FP&A enhancement projects whereas not the E2E implementation.

What are the common and Major/Complex (Functional/Technical) issues that we mostly face while implementing FP&A projects with Anaplan. Also what are the most commonly used different drivers used for planning.

import monthly data with months in columns
is there a way to import data with months in columns (usual excel table view)? Cloudworks Big Query Integration Fail
