I would recommend reviewing the time and date functions, https://help.anaplan.com/all-functions-160769b0-de37-4f08-87a0-cc3aa55525a3 , you are looking for a function which will allow to aggregate data between time periods. Once you understand that function, its a matter of defining the logical parameters to determine if that aggregated value is not equal to zero.
