while we are accessing single Sign on page in anaplan application its saying that "Error in loading component" Could you please help on this. Its urgent.
The usual things to do will be to clear cookies & cache relating to Anaplan and/or attempting to log-in via incognito mode to help identify whether it's browser related or not (trying another browser is also worth a shot).
I would also validate the user has also been setup correctly in your IDP and workspaces, although it doesn't sound like a provisioning issue based on the error.
Failing the above, I'd raise a support request with Anaplan.
The users can also try to connect to Anaplan by launching the direct SSO link that can be found in the Config tab of the SSO setup :
