Can there be a duplication in Process ID's
i don't know, but in practice it should not matter because at the point you consider processes from multiple models, you should think of the process id as model id.process id, the combination of both.

Yes, I agree, it will be unique within model, when we have 20 Models and if we get all the process ID's together will there be a chance of Duplication in Process ID's?
Exactly! you were right, I experienced the same - we will have the Duplication in Process ID's but as we consider the Model ID.Process ID, there shouldn't be duplicates.
