Yesterday we made a backup of our most important model. Today, anaplan tells us this model has been deleted. We do not know how this could be done. Nobody would delete this model.
Luckily we have the backup but when I put it in "standard" mode again, all the pages do not recognize this backup as the source model. I thought maybe this was because the reinstalled backup has another name. So If I want to change the name, Anaplan says the model already exists but I don't see it in the list of existing models. It all feels very strange because some collegues were saying Anaplan was very slow and they had diificulties entering the software. Did something happen at server level @anaplan? We are investigating.
Now, to find a quick solution, i would like some help that all the pages that are based on this model will be sourced by the re-installed backup. Who can help me?
