PlanIQ Last Trained Date Not Reflecting New Data

Hi Anaplan Community,

I am encountering an issue with my PlanIQ forecast model's Last Trained Date not updating, despite successfully running both the data collection and the forecast action for that corresponding Forecast Model.

The situation is as follows:

• My Anaplan source module has historical data up to August 1, 2025.
• I ran the PlanIQ data collection action on August 20, 2025, and it completed successfully.
• I then ran the PlanIQ forecast action, which also completed successfully.

The unexpected behavior is:My forecast model's Last Trained Date is showing May 15, 2025.

How can I ensure my PlanIQ forecast model is updated to reflect the full historical data up to August 1, 2025? Any insights into why the "Last Trained Date" is not updating? would be greatly appreciated.

This is correct, the forecast model trained date would be when you created the forecast model and trained. But as you mentioned how we can ensure the model is retrained. we know the forecast action involved the forecast model but at the end the model is where the algorithms tagged to and training. forecast action is just to impot the results to anpalan.
