Thank you for your reply. It seems we cannot remove users which is internal. Is there any way I can change Internal user to Visiting User?
@ask you can not fully remove internal users, nor move them to "visiting", only disable them here and remove them from workspaces. However, disabling these users should release the associated license.
Hi, Anaplan Support team Suggested by "I understand that you would like to know whether disabled users can be permanently removed at the tenant level. As mentioned earlier, I have reviewed this internally and can confirm that once a user has been added to a tenant, they cannot be fully deleted; they can only be disabled. Currently, the option to permanently remove users from the Administration tab is not available."
