Facing an error in looging in support portal , can anyone assist
The portal appears to be working for me so I don't think this is a broad based issue.
Have you registered for the portal? That is the first step in order to gain access and it will a registration code specific to your customer account. Each customer has their own tenant/portal admins who control the access to this support portal, they will be the ones who can provide that registration code.

Your portal admin or CSBP will be the best point of contacts to help you resolve issues specific to your account.
