Hi - can't access support portal having already registered.
Receive the following error message - is this an issue with Anaplan or our internal IT?

A notification will be sent to your portal admins who will be able to accept your access request.
Monitoring the size of the workspace is crucial in Anaplan, since you must not exceed the allocated size. In general, what advice do you have? Thank you Julien
