License Management

While Tenant Administration provides a list of all users, an admin is not able to easily track user license totals for each workspace.  I've been using an offline Excel spreadsheet but this is quite cumbersome.  In order to accurately capture all WSA roles within a workspace, for example, security must be exported for every model.  Do you have any recommendations for license management?

    License management is currently conducted as a dialog between the Anaplan account team and a customer. Every Anaplan customer has an assigned Customer Success Business Partner who has access to user activity on their customer's workspaces.

     

    Ideally, the activity is monitored and shared with the customer on a quarterly to monthly basis. Anaplan does not have 100% self-serve reporting on user activity for customers at this time. You may want to connect with your business team to see if they can share this data with you as they receive it.
