I'm trying to access the platform uptime reports as part of our revenue accounting monthly/quarterly close procedures, but don't seem to have access. How can my team and I be granted access to these reports?
If you're referring to a model performance report? these are only currently available by contacting your customer success business partner whom can contact Splunk on your behalf to request the report.
I have seen a suggestion to be able to have direct access but currently this is not available - but you could support the idea here as I have - https://community.anaplan.com/t5/Idea-Exchange/Ability-to-request-specific-Splunk-Reports-from-Case-Portal/idi-p/49121
