even with page builder access/workspace admin access I am not able to see the new UX option in menu
Is there anything i am missing?

When you come into your workspace and in the left hand corner menu drop down there should be an option called 'Apps'. If this is not visible it means you do not have early access to the new UX and you will need to contact support@anaplan.com to get this actioned.
